I loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decor was simple yet beautiful, with lovely painted ceilings and pretty rooms. It was perfect for a senior like me, as the hotel had a comfortable and welcoming feel. Additionally, the hotel was located in a great area, making it easily accessible for senior people like myself. It was close to major attractions such as the Spanish Steps and the Piazza del Popolo, and there were plenty of shops and cafes nearby for me to explore. it was a delightful place to stay.
If I had to ask for one improvement, it would be for the children working at the hotel to ensure that the heating systems are working properly. During my stay in December, the central heating and air-conditioning in the room weren't functioning, and it made the room quite cold.

Finally found a hotel with a 24-hour internet point! Location was great, close to all the touristy stuff. Oh, and they even had a free breakfast buffet! So fancy!
I mean, who needs a shelf in the bathroom or a lock on the sliding door? Privacy is overrated, right?

Incredible location, just minutes away from all the famous attractions and shopping district. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind and patient with me, helping me with my late arrival and delayed departure. The communication barrier wasn't an issue thanks to Google Translate. The receptionist went above and beyond to make me feel at home and even escorted me to a nearby restaurant when I felt unsafe walking alone at night. The hotel is situated on a busy street, making it convenient and safe for tourists. a very positive experience.

I recently had an enjoyable stay at a charming hotel in the heart of the city. The attention to detail and value for money made it a great choice. The location was perfect, close to the Metro and within walking distance to all the tourist attractions I wanted to visit. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with basic amenities, just like the pictures showed. The breakfast provided a good start to the day.
All was great, no room for improvement needed.

The only advantage is the location of this "residenza"as it is called! It is definitely not a hotel..However,central,excellent location.
It is way too expensive for its value.Very old elevator, old in general,it seems too different in the pictures. The shower is awful.

Location was excellent; room was very big
Staff was not helpful; no hot water and the elevator did not work when we arrived. We had to carry our three bags up many flights of stairs and the hotel staff did not offer to help us. Walls were paper thin.

I enjoyed the room which in the pictures looks quite spacious, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The atmosphere created was elegant.

The hotel is ideally located near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, it is situated on a quiet street, so you can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.
The staff's language barriers made communication difficult, and some guests experienced issues with receiving receipts and payment clarity. The facilities were outdated, and there were unpleasant odors in certain areas of the hotel, such as the entrance and rooms.
